Same-Day Dispatch
Orders paid before 12pm are dispatched the same business day from Australian domestic stock. Orders paid after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. Because we hold stock in Australia, there is no overseas customs delay.
Rates and Free Shipping
- Express shipping: $14.95 AUD flat rate
- Free express shipping on orders over $250 AUD
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable
Delivery Times
Express delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location within Australia. Metropolitan areas are usually at the faster end of that range; regional and remote addresses may take longer. A tracking reference is provided once your order is dispatched.
Cold-Chain Packaging
Products are shipped in temperature-appropriate packaging suited to the stated stability profile of the compound. Lyophilised peptides are stable in transit, but we still pack to protect against heat exposure. On receipt, move vials to cold storage promptly: the stated storage condition is -20°C, protected from light, under which sealed vials are stable for approximately 24 months.
Risk and Responsibility
Title passes on payment in full and risk passes on delivery to the address you provide, so please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone can receive and store the order appropriately. Full terms are set out in our Terms of Supply.
