We are an Australian supplier of research compounds for laboratory and scientific research use. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect personal information you provide when placing an order or contacting us:

- Phone number (if provided)
- Shipping address

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are made by direct bank transfer or PayID; we see only the payment reference and the amount received.

- Shipping carriers (name and delivery address, for the purpose of delivery)
- Form processing provider (Formspree Inc., which transmits order form submissions to us; submissions are processed on servers that may be located outside Australia, including the United States)

Apart from the form processing described above, we do not disclose personal information to overseas recipients.
5. Storage and Security
Order records are retained in our order management systems and email. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure, including access controls on systems that hold order records. We retain order records for the period required by Australian tax and corporate record-keeping law (generally 5 to 7 years), after which they are deleted or de-identified.

7. Access and Correction
